Hello good fellas,
I recently purchased Maxtor Basics 1TB. My PC is always on... and I'd like my 1TB drive to be plugged in with it forever.
I was wondering if there is any limitation on how long I can keep the drive on without give it a rest?
Are there any downside of this?

the maxtor goes in stand-by automatically, I guess every 15 minutes or so. is there a way to change this timing?
