I have a Maxtor One Touch, I believe 100G, external hard drive. I bought it two years ago and it has worked great until now. The last two automatic backups failed. It looks like the drive is almost full (93.3G occupied, 2.29G available) and maybe that is why it is not backing up. I looked on the hard drive and in the "1-Restore Point" folder, it looks like it has saved multiple backup files for every backup over the last 2+ years!
I was going to delete the old backup files, however, the backup files are of varying sizes and I'm not sure if the backups are cumulative - so that I need to keep all the old ones - or if each backup is an independent backup so I only need to keep one. Does anyone know? Thank you!
