I have an external 250 GB maxtor one touch mini 4 hard drive. When I bought it I had a vista home on my laptop. I made password for external hard drive using its own program. Each time I connected, a window opened and i put the password and it worked good. But I changed my windows and I have windows 7 ultimate now. When I connect the external hard drive in to my laptop , it starts clicking and Windows 7 recognize it. But no icon appear in my computer window and no password window. If I recover my earlier vista windows, does the external hard hive acces to password window in order to open it?
Is there any solution? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
