My expansion drive's port has become loose within a month of purchase

I purchased an expansion portable drive STAX500302 LAST MONTH but its port has loosened and is not working in USB3.0 port. I don't understand what should I do to fix it?

" is not working in USB3.0 port"  - is it working in a USB 2.0 port? That would be weird.

From other posts it sounds like the USB port is prone to breaking away from the circuit board. If that has happened I don't know there's much you can do to fix it (I think I saw a post about resoldering it but on a month old drive I wouldn't bother)

Since you only got it a month ago I'd try taking it back to the shop where you bought it.

Otherwise try http://www.seagate.com/support/warranty-and-returns/
