New PC with 7 was running fine in XP

I just got a new PC with 7 and I cant get the One Touch 4 to work.It keeps wanting to format. I connected back up to my old XP box and it works fine. I did load the software on the new 7 box with the safety disk but I am not getting it to work. I know that you don't owe me anything but any help would be greatly appreciated!!! :smileyhappy:.

Can you backup the data off of the OT4 drive onto the XP computer and then reformat it in Windows 7?  Here is how:  http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Managing-hard-disks-recommended-links
