I am helping my neighbor fix up her computer situation. She has 2 new laptops, and I can't get the OneTouch software to recognize the drives when they are connected. Both drives are showing up on the drive list, and can be accessed manually, but they arn't showing up on the OneTouch software. They are not password protected anymore, and I have tried re-installing the software. I didn't try the Dantz software that comes with.... but I will. Anyone heard of this problem or know of a solution?
