I just installed my new OneTouch 4 mini, following the instructions in the installation booklet etc, and later the extensive instructions in the pdf guide. Everything seems to be working fine except when I open Maxtor Manager, it does not recognise that there are any drives to be backed up. It doesn't see them at all. I downloaded the support for Mac intel computers, and after restarting pressed the one touch button, which was supposed to complete the installation and open Maxtor Manager, but that didn't happen either. Any ideas?
