Problems with my one touch III

I can see my one touch under device drivers, nonetheless when I try to run the software Maxtor easymanager I get a message " the software has errors and has stopped working and I do not find the device under computer, can somebody help me with issue please?

How does the drive show up in Disk Management?

Can you see the drive with Microsoft's UVCView utility?
