I've just received my replacement for my failed 500GB portable drive (see http://forums.seagate.com/t5/Other-External-produc
However it seems that the "new" drive already has 9 reallocated sectors (see http://i.imgur.com/wDNZj.jpg ).
Is it fair?Aren't RMA drives supposed to be fully repaired?
The main reason for the other HDD being failed was that the total number of spare sectors ended. In this case there already are 9 spare sectors used.

Here we are.
The disk doesn't even pass SeaTools test (see http://i.imgur.com/xE0Yd.jpg ) because of that SMART status warning.
What should I do?
Of course I'm NOT going to pay another shipment fee. A courier paid by Seagate must come here and pick up this disk.
They sent me a failed disk which doesn't even pass their test!
