I have been using a One Touch II with Retrospect HD (I think) on a computer running XP. I got the Blue Screen and can't boot that computer. Is there a way to salvage the Retrospect files and get them onto my laptop running Vista?
Maxtor didn't release an update to retrospect hd2 for the onetouch 2 drives. You could try downloading the trial from the company who makes it to restore your data, might be worth a shot. http://www.emcinsignia.com
