Safety Drill Boot Error 21

My Maxtor Safety Drill Recovery CD did not boot after trying it out in accordance with instructions. The computer stopped with the following:
Loading Stage1.5
CRUB loading, please wait...
Error 21
 
I even downloaded another copy from the Downloads and still got the same stoppage and messages.
 
What is wrong?

I received the same error:  GRUB loading, please wait.....error 21.  I recreated a DVD from the ISO file, and still got the same error.  Did you ever get any resolution to this?
