Seagate 1TB external expansion drive 9sd2a6-500 not being recognised

I have had this drive since April working with no problems. I have plugged it is this morning and it is not being recognised on any of our laptop/computers. The green light is on solidly and I have tried all the different USB ports but with no joy.

 

I am beside myself as all my pictures and documents are on this drive. I am fairly PC savvy not by no means a techie.

 

Can anyone help me! :smileysad:

Please take a look at our external drive troubleshooter to see if the drive can be accessed again:
