I have just purchased a Seagate 2T Expansion External Drive (Model: ST320005EXD101-RK). When I press Seagate Launcher nothing happens, except a lightning "flash" in the background. Is this supposed to happen?
Also, and I apologise if this question seems rather stupid, where do I actually drag and drop the files to? Which part of the drive?
At the moment it's proving to be anything but "plug and play". It's also extremely frustrating trying to make my way round the Seagate website. I've found the Quick Start Guide supplied with the drive to be as much use as a catflap on a submarine. It tells you nothing. It seems to assume that people buying the product have extensive technical knowledge.

Having exactly the same problem,
The only difference is that I thought I was smart, and I deleted the start icon inside the drive, (when you do explore, I deleted this icon) thinking it would fix my problem, and let me in the drive when I double clicked on the drive letter, but this created a bigger problem because now I get an error saying that the program could not be found. what was this program for? you double click it and it did nothing!!!
Please help us

I'm not sure what it means when you say "what part of the drive". Any part of the drive.
Navigate into the drive, create folders, do what you want. Organise the data like you want. The hard drive doesn't do anything - it just sits and waits for you to put data on it. Kind of like a warehouse. The warehouse doesn't do anything; it just keeps the contents dry and safe.
