Hi there, I have a customers drive and I am trying to restore but when I click on the pertinent user/folders I wait and wait and nothing shows up. I have waited 8 hours and still the same thing as shown here in picture Capture.JPG
First pic are the options I have when I go into the drive and enter any of the 3, second pic shows it just loading for 8 hours and nothing 
Any suggestions?
