Hi there,
I hope someone can help or just confirm that what I'm experiencing is the norm with my new HDD.
I have set my drive to sync with the one touch and it sync's everything on my desktop (and other specified folders) which works great. However, let’s say I decide that I no longer require certain files so I delete them from my desktop. Every time I sync it tries to copy the deleted files back from the OneTouch to my local HDD.
Now I understand that you can set it to prompt which is what I have done, but I don't want to have to specifically turn off every file I've deleted when it prompts - over time the number of files is just too much to keep track of.
I also understand that I can delete the files from the external drive as I remove them from the local HDD, but If I'm deleting multiple files from different folders located in various paths, doesn't this defeat the purpose of having a nice simple one touch system If I have to manually delete each file twice?
Can this drive/software recognise that I would like to delete a file and therefore automatically remove it from the external sync?
ANY help would be greatly appreciated as I'm at a bit of a loss.
