I went through three 1TB seagate desktop hard drives in one year. Two giving me the I/O device error and the third one, I received today through the replacement guide. I hooked my third hard drive up thinking the best and anticipating it's arrival. When I received it today, I was really disappointed; The traveling box was damaged & the hard drive didn't work when I hooked it up. I received a dead hard drive. This really disgusted me knowing I had to pay 20 bucks for shipping and KNOWING I was to receive a good hard drive that worked. I was showed wrong today. I have spent $60+ on hard drive shipping & assuming I would only get satisfaction out of the return, I was wrong. I'm a customer and spent $160 on a hard drive that was brand new. I want a refund, no more REPLACEMENT hard drives.
