Just got my drive. Just found out need admin priv. on EVERY computer it touches to use it.....How many companies allow users to have admin rights anymore? Close to zero?
Usless except for my mp3 and avi on my home pc, just what I needed secure mp3s....

I got my it group to install a driver so that the cdimage shows up on drive connection, but it still took admin rights to run the launcher.exe so that the drive would load and promt for pw. Once admin logged off, drive remained accessable, but if I unplugged it I needed admin account to open it up again. No very usefull.....
Thought I would ask seagate support if there was a work around....
Thanscript of chat...
