I have been using Acronis True Image since I replaced Norton Ghost almost five years ago. I know that the Black Armor software is based on the older version of True Image. Which is better, to reformat my new WS110 1TB Drive and use the newest version of Acronis, or use the one that came with the drive.
A little background;
Using PCI-E2X interface ESATA card on Intel Core 2 Duo Quad Core with 16Gb of RAM.
Running Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit. Also have multiboot with Linux and Apple's Snowleopard both running on different partitions of the boot drive. I use them for R&D and just playing arround. I know that my full version of Acronis can back up the partitions (I do it with my Homebuilt external USB drive).
Acronis is already installed on my desktop, laptop and server and I can already have backups from all three on the homebuilt external that I am running now. Can I do this with the BlackArmor software?
