Windows 7 and Maxtor OneTouch mini problem

I updated one of my computers to Windows 7 and not it does not recognize the problem.

Solution: When I removed the password protection Windows 7 recognizes it. But the password protection is an important function and I think Seagate should offer an upgraded software solution.
