I backed up my old computer, with XP onto a Seagate drive. Now I'm on a new computer and want to access my data, but Windows Seven isn't even acknowledging I plugged in a drive. I've heard you can enable a drive in the device manager, but it's not even showing up there. How do I get 7 to see my Seagate drive?
And please use small words and speak slowly ![]()

Hello:
Please try our external drive troubleshooter - http://www.seagate.com/www/en-us/support/troublesh
If the troubleshooter doesn't resolve your problem, could you please post the report from Microsoft's UVCView utility?

Thanks!
