I have a Seagate external hard drive, 100 GB, and the number on the back is ST00000U2. It came with Bounce Back Express software and worked perfectly on XP. I now have Vista and I can't find any upgrades on this site. I called Bounce Back and they said they are no longer associated with Seagate so what do I do now? This was purchased in 2007 and I don't want to buy another external hard drive. Please help. Thank you.
