hii all. i have a external 500gb seagate hdd drive. i lost its bill and box so ik this much only except of its s/n and p/n. so a month ago my drive was hit by a virus then it went crazzy so i formatted it. then it reapeared tho my pc was clean and i dont use it other pc till ik its clean. so i formated it again but the same. do i ignored it then like after 4days it didnt show up on my pc. i tried on my friends pc but still nothing. so i reinstalled my windows and changed usb wire and still nothing. and then after a week or so it showed up but as not accessible and said it needs to be formatted and i tried the same but it didnt and a msg appeared saying "windows cant formatt the drive". pls tell me at to do. and i have posted pics just i case u wanna see what it looks like.
