external hardrive stop showing on pc and light on it went from green to orange

I bought these portable external hard drive of ebay brand new... 1 day it stopped working on me... and when it works it has a green light on it. but now the light is orange. now the portable external hard drive didnt have a name on it except. fc l-602.

 

then i opened it and the name said momentus 5400.3 80gb. for support it said visit seagate.com/contact. 

 

now on it it also says sn. do it stand for serial number? if so its 5lyats2n.

That might mean that the enclosure is not getting enough power to it.

Please try it on every USB port of every computer you can.

 

Or a powered USB hub.
