i've just got my maxtor touch mini 4 (external hd)
for mac installation means you had to reformat the hd.
for that i reformatted and backed up my files directed by the manual.
after formatting the files i back up dissapears before i could copy it again into my harddisk.. now i can't find it anywhere.
for that i lost all my factory settings (file contents given in the hard disk).
where can i find these factory settings (file contents).
