so I guess one of my drives is toast? and just pressing the "rebuild" button will fix it? the "Rebuild" process is not explained anywhere that i can see. the rebuild screen says its going to erase all my data on one of the drives and then fix it?
How does this work exactly? am i suppose to put a new disk in? or is it just going to erase disk #1 and copy the data over from disk #2 to disk #1. and that's going to fix it? so how did one disk just go "a little bad"
i love spending my weekends playing with Maxtor disks. contact me here to if you have an answer (or recommendation for another drive manufacturer) this thing is only 4 months old.

Update one hour later: I found the diagnostic test screen.
* ran it once and it said the results were inconclusive..."Run it again"
* ran it a second time and in under a minute it said the server is "Functioning Normally". (the test was supposed to run for 10 minutes but it finished in less than one).
Nevertheless, the lights are still blinking one white, one red.
anyone have any clues as to what's going on?
