It's obvious in my digging around for a solution to a lost password, that many tech forums/members are skeptical of "lost password" problems. Understandable. So here is the new question. Does the maxtor OneTouch ii require a security question linked to the password. If so, i cant seem to access it by entering what is obviously the wrong password. Also, as a last resort (to at least spare the expense of a new drive), can the drive be cleared of data without a password?
