I hope someone can help me with my problem.
I need help for my Samsung portable S2 320gb. When I first got it I was able to backup some files. After using it for the first time, I disconnected it thru ‘safely remove HW.’ When I tried using it again, It’s not showing on my windows explorer again. I checked in disk management and it was labeled as not initialized. There are no other options other than offline when I right-click on the drive. When I choose offline, it’s giving me an error message: Data Error: (Cyclic Redundancy Check). Please help me with this, I’m from the Philippines and the HDD was purchased in Singapore way back 2010.
