Samsung G3 Station RMA Process

I'm from Germany, excuse that my english is wrong :manembarrassed:

 

On May, 30, 2012 has my G3 Station stop working, ~1,4 Tb Files are broken. The Station is ~2 Years old, for the second time broken.The first defect was replaced by the dealer.

I have take Contact to the Support, fill out the Forms.

Have become a Answer from the Support, that my  device is replaced. I was made ​​an offer that I have a STAC2000202 - FreeAgent GoFlex Desk USB 3.0.

After several e mails and I have problems after the Munich gets sent, as I was told.

BUT NOW I can read in the Shipping Details, thats an G3 Stationis an his way to me and not, as discussed an STAC2000202 - FreeAgent GoFlex Desk USB 3.0.
