General Samsung HDD Question

Are Samsung drives still available in the retail channels actually manufactured by Samsung or has Seagate taken over manufacturing?

 

I noticed this:

The drive label says Made in China and all my past Samsung drives were made in Korea.

I would say they are now made in a different factory but to the same specs, but that is my feeling not fact.
