Problems HD502HJ and ASROCK 870 extreme 3 R2

Hallo, I´ve bought a new board: ASROCK Extreme3 and I change all the HD and SDD to the new system. The problem is now: this hard drive (only the HD502HJ), will not be recognised from the new Bios when the Sata Cable is pluged in. It is like the HD didn´t get an impuls to work. So, SATA cable out and the HD runs. And in this moment I pull the cable in and the Bios recognised the HD. Shut down the computer and I have to do all the steps aganin. A Problem of the mainboard or of the harddrive? And does anyone has a tip?

FWIW, your HDD model was afflicted with a firmware bug that prevented it being detected by AMD's SB850 southbridge. You might like to apply this firmware update if you haven't done so already.
