Hi there,
my Samsung HD252HJ has very poor performance. That's why I've checked it with latest SeaTools.
The tools report that there's a problem with the disk and give the hint to write down "the code" - but it doesn't create any error code!
The disk is still in warranty. Shall I choose the best fitting error code and create an RMA?

Check it with HDD Sentinal, if it's healthy you have either a bad i/o lead or you are full of viruses if it has an O/S on it and is slow.

Yep, any other tool also shows the error: Maxtor, the old Samsung tools etc.
The only problem is, no error code gets created.
Hehe, the Maxtor tool creates an error code for me :-)
