Cheetah SAS 15K ST3300655SS

I am looking for a replacement drive for the Cheetah SAS 15K ST3300655SS.  Can't find the same model number was wondering if ST330657SS would work?

They are the same interface, but the newer drive you mentioned is two generations newer than the other. 

So it might work, yes, but it probably depends on the controller you're using.
