I need a disk with support 4K native mode.

Are there such drives?

Enterprise drives do not have 4Kn support yet.  Coming on next generation of drives. There are some enterprise that are 512e.

Could you please post links to official documents which contain info about absence of 4Kn drives?

Is it possible to switch existing drive from 512e mode to 4Kn?

Probably jumpers or new filmware.
