ST3300555SS LBA is ZERO capacity 0

We have some fail with our SAS  hard drive.

 

Capacity display as zero in RAID BIOS,  who can help or which company professional and fast provide recover data from this hard ?

 

ST3300555SS has warranty but we need only data from this hard, who can repair mechanical and electrical problem with this HD ?
