Unexpected sense after rebuilding RAID configuration

I have a RAID 10 array set up with four Seagate Savvio ST9146802SS 146GB 10K2 SAS drives. This worked for more than a year with no problems, but recently one drive is failing and missing from RAID array. The rebuild process is logging the following messages (with my inline comment):

ID = 103 (==> RAID array is rebuilding...)

ERROR/LEVEL = [Information, 0]

SEQUENCE NUMBER = 18556

TIME = 2011-09-23,17:28:50
LOCALIZED MESSAGE = Rebuild progress on PD 13(e0xfc/s7) is 99.94%(2188s)

ID = 104 (==> Rebuild process completed!)

ERROR/LEVEL = [Information, 0]

SEQUENCE NUMBER = 18557

TIME = 2011-09-23,17:28:52

LOCALIZED MESSAGE = Rebuild complete on PD 13(e0xfc/s7)

ID = 105 (==> RAID array changes from degraded to optimal)

ERROR/LEVEL = [Information, 0]

SEQUENCE NUMBER = 18558

TIME = 2011-09-23,17:28:52

LOCALIZED MESSAGE = State change on VD 00/0 from DEGRADED(2) to OPTIMAL(3)

ID = 106

ERROR/LEVEL = [Information, 0]

SEQUENCE NUMBER = 18559

TIME = 2011-09-23,17:28:52

LOCALIZED MESSAGE = VD 00/0 is now OPTIMAL

ID = 107 (==> drive PD13 online at 17:28:52)

ERROR/LEVEL = [Information, 0]

SEQUENCE NUMBER = 18560

TIME = 2011-09-23,17:28:52

LOCALIZED MESSAGE = State change on PD 13(e0xfc/s7) from REBUILD(14) to ONLINE(18)

ID = 108 (==> Received an "unexpected sense" error 40 minutes after the RAID array was rebuilt)

ERROR/LEVEL = [Information, 0]

SEQUENCE NUMBER = 18561

TIME = 2011-09-23,18:08:24

LOCALIZED MESSAGE = Unexpected sense: PD 13(e0xfc/s7) Path 5000c50008c5b1c5 , CDB: 28 00 10 ee 8b 80 00 00 80 00, Sense: f0 00 04 10 ee 8b bd 0a 00

... And array goes to "degraded" again. I repeated the rebuild process several times. Sometimes the drive stays online for several days, and sometimes it goes bad after a few minutes.

I guess (hope?) the drive is faulty, but I can't test it with the Seatools, because it's behind a RAID controller. I could remove the drive and test is without the RAID controller, but since it's a SAS drive, I don't have a system with a SAS controller to test it. if the sense data says that the drive is faulty, I can RMA the drive.

Can someone tell me the meaning of the sense data?

Re: Unexpected sense after rebuilding RAID configuration

Here's the sense key information we have available:
