Windows 7 (Ubuntu) doesnt see my Cheetah

I have problem with my SCSI disk Cheetah 15k.4 ST 336754LW (36Gb). BIOS see it, controller see too, but Windows 7 dont recognise my SCSI disk. Drive is formatted. Where is problem? I dont have a lot of experience of configuring SCSI drive. My HW: SCSI Cheetah Ultra SCSI 320,  controller -LSI SCSI Ultra 320 (SCSI 2000 series, w/1020/1030) and cable for Ultra SCSI 320 ( http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280493505188 . thank you

Is the cable terminated?
Are the jumpers properly set to configure the drive's SCSI ID?

Have you loaded the SCSI drivers for the SCSI motherboard/controller?
