remap sectors - is the basis for warranty return?

Hello! Sorry for English!

I have 2 HDDs SATA 2Tb Seagate Constellation ES.2 (ST32000 645NS) in RAID1.

And I have Reallocated sectors on its: 5 sectors on first, 55 sectors on second.

is it  the basis for warranty return?

 

ps i'am from Ukraine, Who is your representative there?
