Newbe Here Hard Drive Failure Warning

I have a Compaq Laptop that has a Toshiba 250GB Hard Drive (12 months plus 6 days old!)

I get a Windows Pop Up every half hour that states of a on coming failure.

It seems that it is not the virus going around as it does not send me to a Anti Virus Sales Page.

Using SeaGate Tools it passes the lengthy long generic test but fails the fast SMART test.

Any thoughts???

Just an Update

Ran another test with PassMark Disc CheckUp

The only failwas on Reallacated Sector Count... what ever that is.

Heres a screen shot of it.

Hope that helps one of you gurus in understanding my problem.
