I find that occassionally when I start SeaTools for Windows, the license agreement window ends up underneath other windows I have open, AND it does not have a task icon that is visible when I do alt-tab to switch between windows. The result is that it doesn't start and I eventually have to minimize all of my open windows before I find the license agreement window and click on it to continue. In trying to reproduce this I've found that it does not always behave like this. Sometimes it shows up on top (as it should), and sometimes there is a task icon for it that can be switched to.
How do I get this reported to the appropriate group to get it fixed?
