It's now more than 9 hours since you took my $99 and still I have not received my key despite two requests for e-mail support. What is going on with Seagate it's bad enough that I've bought two of your 3TB drive one of which now has 8 years worth of work on it and after 22 hours of operation it now thinks its not formatted? I don't know of any other online company that takes any more than minutes to clear a payment and deliver it's product.
