Unable to install SeaTools (laptop, Vista Ultimate)

Hi,
 
I'm unable to install SeaTools. Right after the "Welcome to the SeaTools for Windows Installation Wizard" window I got error message: "Installation ended prematurely because of an error"
 
I tried it on my laptop with Vista Ultimate Edition fully updated.  Is there any way to use this tool with Vista?
