Dear Sir, I bought a 1TB Hard drive 5 months back, but suddenly it stopped working.
When I connect it to the Laptop, only blue LED starts blinking. I am afraid, that I will lose my data.
I also tried to contact data recovery agents in india here, and they need to open the hard drive for whole process.
Can you pls help me in letting me know, if its possible to replace the hard drive after data recovery and being opened up by Stellar data recovery centre in india.
Its under warranty till Sep-2014.
