ARO warranty replacement to Canada?

I have a 2gig Seagate LP drive that has failed and also failed Seatools. Is there an advanced replacement option available to Canada? I didn't see it mentioned when I went partially through the RMA process. I'd rather pay for that in order to minimize downtime.
