Advanced RMA Problems to Canada

I want to do an Advanced RMA on my blackarmor drive, but the site will not accept my credit cards.  I tried my 3 cards yesterday and again today, and everytime it says they are "declined".  I am entering all of my information correctly, and yes, I do actually have 11 dollars of credit available.  If there is some trick to this that anyone knows, please let me know, as I'd love to avoid spending hours on hold to tech support.

I am unable to get an RMA # even though Seagate confirms my drive is under warranty until 2012. What gives?

According to the RMA video, a Create RMA button should appear but it never does no matter what browser or operating system I use. Is this a roundabout way of saying you're no longer accepting returned drives even if they are under warranty?

Not sure Advanced Replacement is worth it

Seagate is supposed to ship the replacement drive in 3 business days.  I placed an order over the weekend and this is the 3rd business day and my order has still not shipped.  On top of that their support number hours are limited and their online chat appears to run the same schedule as their support numbers.  So, they sell defective products and then make it difficult to get support and charge you for delayed replacement.  Sort of stinks.
