It is interesting to me that there is no email contact for seagate. It seems this forum is for users only to solve problems on their own.

Please remember that this is an online community where many of the responses come from other users, such as yourself. The forum is not a replacement for Customer Service. Seagate representative do from time to time come to lend a hand answering posts but not necessarily on a continual or frequent basis. If you have immediate needs, your best bet is to contact Customer Service directly whether by phone, email, or chat

There Is no such thing as support even it U get a response form an email..
So dont feel alone because U have a better chance of fixing the problem yourself.

You received two email responses at least from Asia-Pacific support. I will ask them to take another look at your ticket. I don't know why you haven't gotten the support you're asking for. Sorry.

I can understand why I havent had any support and thats because:
1. There is nobody there.
2. Nobody reads thier emails
3. Nobody cares
4. Nobody at support knows how to fix the problem so whoever reads the email just leaves it.
I can supply all the emails on this issue and if you check with Paul then you will see that he has called me a couple of times.
I have spent A$246 to try to fix the problem by purching a modem/router because support was impossible to get and that didn't fix the problem.
As for saying find a post useful mark it as Accepted, the only thing that is close to accepted is the APPALLING service. Sorry did I say Service! Service is something thats provided and in this case its certainly not there or close to it.

For your imformation
I have 10 emails starting the 5 July up to the present 20 Aug without a resolution.
I have no record of the number subitted thru the website.
I know why I am not recieving any support because there is nobody there able:
1. able to answer an email
2. able to provide support
3. willing to provide support
4. the only one that has done anything there sounds like he doesnt want to be there
I cant see why you need two more moderators it would be better if you provided a SERVICE
