I sent in my Seagate hard drive yesterday to Burlington Ontario (I'm in Canada) but I forgot to join my RMA number with the package. There is my name and address on the package but will they be able to associate the drive with my RMA number?. I did create a support Case (# 31822994) but for some reason I think that went to the US and I have no answer yet. What else can I try? I'm worried after paying over 20.00$ for sending the drive that I won't get a replacement...
