It is frustrating when the website after entering multiple serial #s and part #s the website errors out & says plesae try again, again, again etc.
It isn't the first time it happened.Please fix it somehow guys.
I used to be big fan of seagate drives but lately loosing my faith in the product and company.

I am sorry to hear that.
Can you try a different browser and clear its cache and cookies and restart it before you try it?
Otherwise, I'm sorry, but I think you'll probably need to Contact Support.
