Intermittent SMTP errors on SSO password reset form

Earlier this evening I experienced multiple SMTP connect fails (by the password reset form, on Seagate's side) when the scriptlet attempted to send me a password reset email. The exact error message reported is:

Error sending email. Sending failed; nested exception is: javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not connect to SMTP host: mh.ok.mailhost.seagate.com, port: 25; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused Enter the User ID you use as your Seagate ID and click on Submit.

Most recently encountered at about 22:30 BST (UTC+1).

Hi Alan, sorry I didn't reply back on the 18th - completely skipped my mind. I tried for about 15/20 minutes in IE9, Chrome and IE on another machine. Just refused to work for me at the time.

OK, thanks.

And I don't mean to be obtuse, so please forgive this question.

Is it working OK for you now? If so, it's probably explainable by an aberration, a short-term server outage or something. that happens from time to time. Or something from your ISP; hard to tell.

If it persists to the present, let me know and we can continue to troubleshoot.  Thanks!
