No Warranty For Seagate Products

Dear Friends,

 

Plz don't buy any of the Seagate Products as they only sell products and after that they step back during warranty.

They create useless issues so that they don't have to give warranty.

Sorry and doing something are two different things

Support is very poor from Seagate.  This does not appear to be isolated incidents but endemic for Seagate as a whole.

 

I paid extra for the Advanced Replacement.  They were to ship the same drive, or better, in 3 days.  It has not been shipped.  It should be a MUCH better drive at this time.  Then contacting support, as MANY others have indicated, is next to impossible.

Segate customer care for techanical problems

Dear All,

 

I want to share one feedback about segate customer techanical team.

 

It is very user un friendly.Even if you go for immediate assistance for chat , no body is replying.You get a registration id with assurance that a representative will contact you very soon. I am registring at least one case daily but i have not received any response from segate team.

 

Please dont ever dare to purchase any segate product keeping such a poor after sales response from this site.

 

 

I hope if segate team is responsible enough , now at least they will try to reslove my issue which is as :

My hard drive is facing a problem.Many folders are not visible but they exist as confirmed
by the size used and can be accesssed only if i remember their name by typing E:\folder name.

 

Please let me know how to recover the same.
