I'm trying to RMA a drive and keep running into problems. If I go down the single drive path I see that my drive is covered but the "Create return" button doesn't appear on the warranty page. If I go down the multi drive path and enter my single drive I get the same information but the "Create return" link is available. However, if I click it I get an error message. The last error I got was:
An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #30.323b1f45.1292857594.10ea1d84

Seems to be back up now, nevermind

I have the same issue... no create return button for RMA... anyon have an idea?
